Versatile 2018-2019 Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid

Pretty modest hybrid segment of the Russian car recently received reinforcement in the person of the first diesel-electric model presented by the Swedish automaker 2018-2019 Volvo.

The new car is based on the V60 station wagon and was not too original name of the 2018-2019 Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid.

The rear wheels of the new 2018-2019 Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid in electric motion leads 68-strong engine developing around 200 Newton meters of maximum torque, which gets its energy from a lithium-ion battery capacity of 11.2 kW / h.

As stated by the Swedish automaker, new hybrid has three driving modes – only an internal combustion engine, only the electric motor, and on two engines at once.

When the two power units at the same time the new 2018-2019 Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid has a top speed of up to 230 kilometers per hour, and acceleration from zero to 100 km / h it takes only 6.1 seconds.
Speaking of batteries, their complete charge is enough for overcoming only 50 kilometers, while the required full charge batteries 3.5 – 7 hours, depending on the current.

This complete set of the Swedish automaker has included heated front-row seats, preheater, a media center, technology City Safety, prevents frontal collision at a speed of up to 50 kilometers per hour, Power driver seat, cruise control, leather upholstery and a number of other nice options .

We note that in our country hybrid wagon 2018-2019 Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid will be sold only two cities – St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Russian motorists will have to pay for a new car at least 2.959 million rubles.
