Declassified the new Aston Martin V12 Vantage S 2018-2019






British carmaker Aston Martin has declassified a new modification of the model V12 Vantage, which received in the S prefix name.
The model received a more powerful engine, seven-speed robotized transmission instead of a six-speed “mechanics”, adaptive suspension and a lower weight, sends Motorauthority.

Novelty is equipped with an upgraded six-liter “aspirated» V12, developing 570 horsepower and 620 Nm of torque.
The main difference between the new engine from its predecessor, sets the standard V12 Vantage, is the new Bosch engine management system and additional 55 horsepower.
Also, now at 1000 rpm the torque is 510 Nm instead of 440, as before.





Maximum speed Aston Martin V12 Vantage S reaches 330 kilometers per hour, and the expected time of acceleration from zero to 100 kilometers per hour is equal to 4 seconds (instead of the standard 4.2 V12 Vantage).
Improvement of dynamic characteristics has been achieved, including, by reducing the weight of the model 15 kilograms.





“Extreme” coupe is equipped with switchable stabilization system with two modes of operation and an adaptive suspension, the stiffness of which varies depending on the selected operating mode by pressing the button: Normal, Sport and Track.
These modes also control the engine throttle response, gear change speed, exhaust system work and effort on the steering wheel.
Last is equipped with electronically controlled hydraulic power steering ZF Servotronic.
Easy and sports exhaust system borrowed from the unique supercar One-77 – the only Aston Martin, which the novelty is inferior in speed.
From him V12 Vantage S coupe went brake mechanisms Brembo with carbon-ceramic discs and layout of the grille.
External differences V12 Vantage S from the standard coupe also provide carbon and titanium elements 19 -inch desyatispitsevye alloy wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires and graphics package, which includes a black roof and partially painted tailgate panel.
